Graduate students across disciplines are encouraged to apply for summer scholarship program before Jan. 18, 2026

The Graduate Community Engagement Summer Scholars program provides highly motivated graduate students the opportunity to immerse themselves in community-based projects.

Scholars receive a stipend of $5,000 to spend 10 weeks in full-time pursuit of research or a creative project.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for students to apply their academic interests and practice the principles of engaged scholarship, while establishing partnerships and working directly with community partners,” said Leann Moore, associate director of the Community Engagement Initiative.

Graduate students across disciplines are encouraged to apply for the Graduate Community Engagement Summer Scholars Program before Jan. 18, 2025. Decisions will be announced by the end of January.
